Aspalt Plant

An asphalt plant is an industrial facility that mixes asphalt and gravel materials to produce asphalt aggregates.

It is classified into two types of fixed asphalt installers and mobile asphalt installers

The asphalt aggregate consists of several main parts, namely:

-  Asphalt storage warehouse and heating equipment.
   Cones for collecting pebbles according to their grain gradation (measuring their diameter).
-  Aggregate scale and asphalt volumetric scale to obtain the required specifications.

-  A thermal oven for drying and heating the pebbles to a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius.
- Mixing room.
- Thermally insulated warehouse for the assembly of asphalt aggregates ready for transportation.
